Confirm card delivery

https://sandbox.holobank.net/api/core/v1/card-requests/private/confirm-delivery/

Confirms that the user has received the physical card. For JDB cards: supply cardNumber (16-digit) + deliveryConfimationImage. For Reap cards: supply activationCode. Use the kind field (JDB | REAP) to discriminate.
