In order to be able to create bank account requests, you need to have the relevant account products created in the Admin Panel as per the documentation you have received pertaining to the admin panel configuration.
User and admin panel flow for REAP and JDB bank account requests:
REAP
- Once the user's REAP KYC has the status "Approved" in the admin panel (see KYC tab for explanation), they can submit a REAP bank account request. Users cannot apply for a REAP account if their REAP KYC is not "Approved."
- REAP account requests are approved automatically either instantly or in a few minutes.
JDB
- Once the user's JDB KYC has the status "Approved" in the admin panel, they can submit a JDB bank account request. Users cannot apply for a JDB account if their JDB KYC is not "Approved."
- Once the user has applied for a JDB account, their request shows in the admin panel -> account requests section with the status "Requested."
- This status is then manually changed to "Bank KYC Pending" when the account opening request has been submitted to the bank (this is the situation once you are live, in the sandbox environment this is not the case and you have to change the status yourselves). This is when the bank checks the KYC and either opens the account or rejects the request and the KYC.
